A vacancy has arisen for a Sales Advisor to join our busy Mells office (BA11 3PD). You will report to the Sales Office Manager ensuring you liaise with and provide support to the Offsite Solutions, Water Management and Redi-Rock departments.

The position is to support both internal and external customers by creating quotations, raising orders, liaising with the transport team, customer liaison, production planning to ensure from quotation to despatch all elements of the customers’ orders flow smoothly to ensure customer satisfaction. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, so excellent communication, rapport-building skills are essential.

What are the critical skills needed?

  • Excellent communication skills with a clear and confident telephone manner
  • Previous experience in sales and customer service
  • Computer savvy – Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Previous admin/sales experience

For the initial training for this role, you will be based at our office in Mells and then due to the current Covid-19 pandemic and we will provide you with equipment to work from home. So you will need to make sure is that you have a sufficient space which is safe and quiet! Our longer-term plan is for the role to return to our office in Mells.
